Free & easy*
Domestic orders may be returned for any reason. online customer returns can be refunded to your card or for store credit. your items must be unused, and unwashed and the labels as well as packaging intact. all domestic gift returns receive store credit.
15 days: Exchange or store credit
7 days: Full refund. you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt and return it within 7 days. if the domestic return is received within 7 days of purchase, we’ll refund whatever payment method you used. returns that arrive after 7 days but before 30 days will be refunded to store credit, or are eligible for an exchange.
Return & Exchange Assistance
To initiate a domestic online return or exchange, please send us an email at info.consciouslabel@gmail.com including your order number, description of the issue, and a photo. the team will arrange a courier pick up for your items within 14 calendar days. if your location is not eligible for return pickup, you will have to courier the product/products back to the address specified by our team.
If in case you do not get a response to your email you can get in touch with the team by calling or what’s an app on +91 6268422834 we will initiate an exchange or refund once we receive your return package and have checked that the products and packaging are intact.

Please note that replacements/returns are not accepted if:
- the return request is made outside the specified time frame
- the product is on sale or part of any promotion
Cancellation
